In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can download your user data or request it to be deleted.

Downloading your user data

You can download your user data as an Excel file by pressing the Request My Data button on the My Account page.

The export file contains any data kept on your SpreadsheetWeb distribution.

Deleting your user data

Deleting your user data is a manual process. If you are a Public Cloud or Private cloud user, please contact us by sending an email at support@spreadsheetweb.com and make a request. Upon receiving your request, we will remove your user data from our systems within 30 days. We do not have any control over Server License user data.
