• Navigate to the data page of your application where the records you want to share publicly are located.
  • Choose the specific record you wish to share publicly. This could be a single data entry or a set of records.
  • In the actions column of the selected record, locate and click on the share icon. This will initiate the process of generating a shareable link for the record.
  • At the top of the table or dialog box that appears, use the provided button to generate a new link for the selected record.
  • A dialog box will appear, prompting you to select the type of action permitted for users accessing the link. This could include options such as Edit or View permissions.
  • Optionally, you can set an expiration date for the link to limit its accessibility. This adds a layer of security and control over the shared record.
  • Copy the link provided once the link is generated and permissions are set. This link can now be distributed to individuals or groups, allowing them to access the designated record(s) according to your permissions.
  • Public access to the shared record(s) allows for monitoring of update history by public users. You can track changes to the record by selecting it and clicking the history button under the actions column.
  • If you no longer wish to allow public access to the shared record(s), navigate to the history option and delete the link. This revokes public access to the record(s) shared via the link.
