How to Use Data Chat Feature

In this tutorial, you will learn how to use chat feature in saved records on the SpreadsheetWeb Hub Data page.

Users can use data chat for a specific saved record, rather than opening chat for the entire application.

To open data chat,

• Go to Data page.
• Choose an application from the dropdown menu.
• Click on chat icon for the record you want to open a chat window.

When a user sends a message, other users will be able to see them from their Applications page with a notification next to the data button of that application. On the data page, they will see unread messages next to the chat icon of the application that the message was sent. They can read unread messages and join conversations by clicking on chat icon.
