The chart Legend is an indicator of the data points displayed on the chart area. The legend area lists the names of each item and their corresponding colors on the chart. Therefore, using the legend effectively can help your users better identify and compare the data points.

To configure the legend, first, go to the user interface designer, and click the chart. Then, press the blue Edit Legend button on the bottom of the settings menu.

Here, you can choose to display or hide the legend from the Enabled option. We recommend enabling the legend. The font properties can be customized from the Font Color, Font Family, Font Size, and Font Style options.

By default, the Legend is typically displayed to the right of the chart area. You can change the placement of the Legend from the Position property.
