Change Record Status

This video demonstrates how to change record status in the workflow of a SpreadsheetWEB application to allow for collaboration.

1 min read

Record Statuses are an integral part of Spreadsheetweb’s workflow features. With this, your users can switch the status of a record in the system for review and approval, or other similar purposes.

Record Status options are visible to any user who can access a particular record, meaning that all users in the system will see the same status. This property of statuses allows for collaboration between system users in the form of labeling saved records. This menu can be accessed by clicking the name of the status under the Status column in the Data page.

Your specific workflow might require different labels for status names. These names can be modified easily from the Status colors page. Here, you can modify existing labels, create new ones, and even assign them a color.
