OneDrive

This lesson introduces the OneDrive connector for the SpreadsheetWeb Legacy Platform. It shows how a SpreadsheetWeb application can place files or generated output in Microsoft OneDrive as part of an application workflow. The connector gives the application a defined storage destination without requiring each user to download a file and upload it again manually.

This pattern can support document archiving, shared team folders, and downstream processes that monitor a OneDrive location. Before configuration, choose the Microsoft account and destination folder, identify the file or application output that will be transferred, and grant only the permissions the workflow needs. Consider naming conventions and whether a repeated submission should create a new file or replace an existing one. Test with a nonproduction folder and confirm the destination, filename, permissions, and contents before enabling the connector for users.
