Hubspot

This lesson introduces the HubSpot connector for SpreadsheetWeb Legacy applications. It shows how values collected or calculated in an application can be passed to HubSpot, allowing a web form or calculator to participate in an existing marketing, sales, or customer-management process. The connector keeps the integration inside the application workflow instead of relying on a user to re-enter the same information in both systems.

Typical uses include creating or updating customer-related information after a submission, sending calculated results to a sales process, or recording an application event for later follow-up. Before configuration, determine which HubSpot object and properties are involved, match them to the appropriate SpreadsheetWeb inputs or outputs, and use credentials with the minimum required access. Test with a dedicated record first, then verify field formats, duplicate-handling behavior, and the information created in HubSpot before enabling the workflow for production users.
