Workspace Analytics

Use Workspace Analytics to search and filter Hub activity by user, application, record, IP address, activity type, or date range and export the log.

2 min read

Use Workspace Analytics to review activity across the applications and data in a SpreadsheetWeb Hub workspace. The page provides a searchable event log for investigating changes, locating activity associated with a record, or exporting workspace history for further review.

Open the analytics log

Open Workspaces in the left navigation and select Analytics. The table lists recorded activity for the workspace.

Move between pages or change the number of rows displayed when reviewing a large activity history. Use Date Format to change how timestamps are shown without changing the underlying events.

Search and filter activity

Select Display Column Filters to narrow the log. Available filters can be used to investigate activity by:

  • User
  • Workspace
  • Activity type
  • Application name
  • Record ID
  • IP address
  • Individual date or custom date range

Use the search field when you have a specific value to locate without configuring several column filters. For example, search for an application name to review its activity or a record ID to find actions associated with one saved record.

Select Reset to Default to remove the current filters and restore the normal table view.

Copy, print, or export the log

The Analytics page provides several output options:

  • Copy to Clipboard copies the displayed list.
  • Print opens a printable version.
  • Export creates a PDF representation.
  • Download All downloads the analytics data as an Excel file.

Choose the output based on whether the activity will be pasted into another document, printed, retained as a fixed report, or analyzed as structured spreadsheet data.

Before exporting, apply the filters and date range required for the review, then confirm whether the selected output includes the displayed subset or the complete dataset expected for that command.
