How can I change my payment method or credit card information?

If you are a public cloud user on our Legacy platform, you can change your credit card information or payment method directly from PayPal.

Go to the settings page in your account (the cog icon).

Select Payment and then go to Manage pre-approved payments.

Click Pagos, Inc. under the Merchant column.

Go to the bottom of the page and press Change to edit your payment method.

Remember to press Save after making your selection.
