How to decrease user count
To decrease user count in a workspace,
- Go to Workspaces page,
- Click on Edit,
- Go to Update/Cancel Subscription tab to view your subscription details and click on change user count button.
- You can adjust your user count and view your billing information.
- If you are reducing extra users, extra users will be deleted form the workspace at the end of your billing cycle and your monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly.
