How to add a new credit card to a workspace subscription

To add a new credit card to a workspace subscription,

  • Go to Workspaces page,
  • Click on Edit.
  • Go to the ‘Update/Cancel Subscription’ tab.
  • Go to ‘Payment Methods’ list,
  • Click on the ‘Add Credit Card’ button located on the top right side of the ‘Payment Methods’ window.
  • After entering the card information, click on ‘Add’. The new card will be added to your Payment Methods list.
  • After the card is added, a pop-up window asking If you would like to select this card as the Payment Method will be displayed. Click on the ‘Select this card’ button to change your payment method immediately or ‘Not yet’ If you do not want to change it. If you clicked ‘Select this card‘ button – make sure to also click ‘Confirm Payment Method Update‘ button located at the bottom-right.
  • After the new card is added and selected as default payment method – you can delete the old added card if you like. Make sure that after the old card is deleted, the new card still has ‘Selected for payment‘ tag added.
