How to change background color in application
Override the default SpreadsheetWeb application background, choose a custom color in application settings, and verify it in the runtime preview.
Use the application-level background setting when the default theme color does not fit your design.
The video shows an earlier settings interface. Use the steps below in the current Designer.
Change the background color
- Open Layout & Controls in the Designer.
- Open Overview and select Change app theme.
- Open Backgrounds and choose Solid color.
- Choose the required Background color.
- Select Save app theme to apply it to the draft.
Preview the application to confirm that the color is applied behind the page content. Check pages with short content as well as longer pages, because the background is most visible in unused areas of the runtime window.
Publish the draft when ready. To return to the theme's own background, choose Theme default in the same dialog. See Application Backgrounds for gallery artwork and image alternatives.
