Allow Anonymous Access Type:

Click on "Designer" and then the "Application" module.
Toggle "Allow Anonymous," then hit "Update."
Publish your application.
To test if your application is publicly accessible, copy the application URL and paste it to the incognito tab.

Require Authorization Access Type:

Click on "Designer" and then the "Application" module.
Toggle "Require Authorization" then hit "Update."
Publish your application.
