How to suspend user accounts
Suspend a user from the Legacy Platform Users page to prevent account access without permanently deleting the user and associated information.
Suspending a Legacy Platform user blocks access while preserving the account.
Suspend the user
- Open the Users page in the Legacy Platform control panel.
- Locate the account you want to suspend.
- Select Suspend User.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
Check the username before confirming. Use suspension for a reversible access restriction; delete the account only when permanent removal is intended.
