To enable and send notification when the record status is changed;
- Open Data Tab.
- Click on ‘Notifications’
- Check ‘Enable Notificaitons’ checkbox
- Go Change Status tab.
- Enter Subject, Recipients, Carbon Copy and Body information.
- Click on Save.
