How to enable navigation bar collapse in a page
Review the earlier collapsible-navigation workflow and find current SpreadsheetWeb Designer guidance for navigation placement, page icons, and appearance.
This video shows an earlier Designer workflow. The current Designer groups navigation placement under Edit settings → Layout and visual styles under Appearances, accessed from the Pages drawer in Layout & Controls. Review the options offered for the selected layout instead of assuming the older collapse checkbox is present. See Navigation Bar. The original video and steps below are retained for the older interface.
To enable navigation bar collapse in a page;
- Open Designer interface,
- Go to ‘Pages’ module
- Click on ‘Add New’ or Edit an existing page.
- Check ‘Enable Navigation Bar Collapse’ checkbox.
- Click on ‘Update Page’ button.
