Follow the steps below for embedding dynamic images in documents using SpreadsheetWEB Hub:

  • Add Image URLs to Excel: Place the URLs of the images you wish to embed dynamically in a named range within your Excel file.
  • Insert Placeholder Image: In your Word document, insert a placeholder image where the dynamic image will be displayed.
  • Prepare for Dynamic Content: Right-click the placeholder image, edit the alt text to make it ready for dynamic updates.
  • Upload Document: Upload your Word document to SpreadsheetWEB Hub.
  • Configure Stubs: Adjust the Edit Document Stubs settings to ensure your document reflects the Excel data and updates images dynamically based on user input.
