Follow the steps below for embedding dynamic images in documents using SpreadsheetWEB Hub:
- Add Image URLs to Excel: Place the URLs of the images you wish to embed dynamically in a named range within your Excel file.
- Insert Placeholder Image: In your Word document, insert a placeholder image where the dynamic image will be displayed.
- Prepare for Dynamic Content: Right-click the placeholder image, edit the alt text to make it ready for dynamic updates.
- Upload Document: Upload your Word document to SpreadsheetWEB Hub.
- Configure Stubs: Adjust the Edit Document Stubs settings to ensure your document reflects the Excel data and updates images dynamically based on user input.
- Supported Image Formats: .PNG, .JPEG, .JPG, .SVG, .GIF
- Unsupported Image Formats: .WEBP
