Creating Multiple Maps in SpreadsheetWeb Hub
Multiple maps allow for displaying different versions of the same map, comparing various data sets, and highlighting numerous regions, which is beneficial for presentations and reports requiring visual data comparison.
Access the Designer: Navigate to the Designer section within SpreadsheetWeb Hub. Drag a map from the left frame into your workspace.
Assign Named Ranges: Assign the appropriately named range to the map. Named ranges link the map to specific data in the uploaded Excel file.
Select Map Style: Choose the desired map style from the available options. Select the country. The selection determines the visual layout of the map.
Customize Labels, Values, and Multifiles: Scroll down and customize the labels, values, and multifiles according to your requirements. Ensure the named ranges assigned have the correct data in the Excel file. For this example, a table format organizes the data accurately.
Enhance the Map: Edit the legend, add tooltips, adjust labels, and incorporate animations to enhance the map’s visual appeal.
