How to add a Label in Elements

To add a label in Elements:

1. Go to Elements
2. Click on a cell with label that you want to add
3. Click + button and select "Create Label", you will see that it appeared at the Right Panel
4. Make sure the label you created is selected/enabled at the Right Panel and click Publish/Submit button
