How to add PDF export to an API

  • To add a database to an API, go to the Applications page, and click on the “Design” button.
  • Click on the “Create Table” button to select the “Print Process” option under the Events.
  • Name the process, then select the file type as “Static”.
  • Give a name to the static value.
  • Click “Always” in the “Enabled” option, then select the type of the printed file. Click on “Create Print Process”.
  • Click on “Documents” on the process model on the page you’ll be navigated.
  • Click on “Add”.
  • Give a name to the document and select the “Single Document “.
  • Upload the prepared document for the print process, then click on “Create Document”.
  • The system will automatically direct you to the “Edit Print Process Documents” page. There, click on “Document Stubs” and match the named ranges with the stubs in the document you uploaded before. To do this, Click on the “Toggle” button under the “Active” column. This will allow you to match all elements at once.
  • Click on “Publish”.
