In this tutorial you will learn how to apply and manage users identity templates in SpreadsheetWeb Hub.
To assign identity templates to users while inviting them,
- Go to invite page.
- Add an identity template to a user before clicking on invite.
- After inviting you can track that user status from invited users
- Assigned template will be applied to the user once they accept the invitation.
Identity templates can be applied or changed later.
From the User List, you can see the last applied templates and delete them. You can also manage the user’s workspace rights by clicking on the edit button
